I thought people would be interested in a fabulous event that combines two of my favourite things - music and humanitarian causes. There's an organisation called Joey's Song that is hosting a live show sometime early in 2026 (January 9 -10) for the cause of helping people, especially kids, with epilepsy. See below for their mission statement. One of the best things about this is that members of my two favourite bands The Go-Go's (Jane Wiedlin & Gina Schock) and The Bangles (Vicki Peterson) will be there to perform and raise money. Anyway, although this live event is taking place in the US, there will be a special online livestream for us international people who love music and want to help a great cause. See below for links and more details.

*The Joseph Gomoll Foundation was established in 2010 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in memory of Joey, who suffered from a rare and debilitating form of epilepsy known as Dravet Syndrome. The foundation raises awareness and money for epilepsy research and program services for children with special needs.

bands and I love how they're doing this ❤️
Thanks King Grayskull! 😀
I wish I could be at the event in person but with The Go-Go's & The Bangles involved, I will definitely be watching the livestream and helping out with a wonderful cause.
