Just wanted to jump in and say how much I enjoy ForEternia and the community here. I tried to be very active early on but life kind of knocked my family down for a while and it’s been a struggle to get up again. We had a series of misfortunes that really took a toll on my wife, daughter. Son and I. The biggest being my daughter loosing her left leg, below the knee last year. However, she is young and strong and has made great strides in her rehabilitation. She has always shared my love of MOTU and that love helped her heal. With her continued improvement, and life easing into a new normal, I finally felt safe enough to worry less and hopefully re-engage with the absolute, best community in the world.
when I finally got signed back in I had several messages from people just checking in after I fell off the face of the world. A big thank you to everyone that checked in and an apology that I didn’t respond sooner. And love and prayers to anyone out there feeling down and out. I promise you things will get better and don’t hesitate to lean on this amazing community. I can’t wait to see some of you in person at the next Power-Con? Or the newly announced Motuverse con. My daughter can’t wait to add a custom MOTU themed prosthetic leg just for the occasion!
