It would be nice to get a whole bunch of one-off MOTU comics that focus on a single character. I'd even go a step further and say that He-Man and Skeletor should be kept out of such focused, niche stories. What better way to world-build criminally overlooked MOTU characters?
I would not read too much into the third series comment. It still may only be a comic book release and not cartoon series.
As for this, it sounds like a passion project by Tiffany. It could be hit or miss.

IDW did just that with their Transformers: Spotlight series back in the day. They used it to focus on lesser known characters as well as set up future plot points. I have long wanted something like that for MOTU.
@froginsox Since it seems obvious that we're not getting a third season on Netflix, I wouldn't mind a final comic series that covers it.

Yeah they just got the word on it. The second variant cover is also now finished so waiting to see it unveiled. 😉 Hopefully soon.
September gonna be MOTU Comic goodness with "Sword of Flaws" #1 also dropping the same month. 🙂
