@herapop from what Mattel said in their recent Q&A no. They are "focusing" on figures. I would say you could use one of the already released TMNT playsets but ToG figures are giants compared to most other TMNT lines.

Yeah I just can't start another line, so I gotta pass on the TOG. I did pick up the Cartoon Man-at-Arms however and cancelled my Amazon order for him.I'm trying my best to resist these, I just don't know if I can afford to collect another line! Not to mention where the hell will I display them.
@depp76 yeah i picked him up too, so at least I'm in on that line. I have a horrible feeling I'll eventually cave on ToG.

It's a really cool line, TMNT is another figure line I love to collect.
Hard to keep up with all the lines just now though.
I'd be happy with just the Mutated He Man. Almost got a pre-order in for him but closed just now.
I stay close to the London Forbidden Planet so my hope is to see them on the Pegs there.
