Y’know what figure should’ve been made? A Usagi Yojimbo/Sun Man mashup 

two characters who would’ve been really obscure (arguably Sun Man still is a bit) if they weren’t featured in TMNT and MOTU respectively and people only know them because of their inclusion in those franchises.

That would be cool but, I feel, the line was missing a few key characters from both sides. Baxter Stockman, Evil-Lyn, Renet Tilley and more of the Evil Horde, sence they had Hordak. 

Renet is especially noticeable considering she was in the mini-series.

I personally wanted a mutated Clawful, solely because he's my favorite Evil Warrior. 

Also, Adora the Channel 6 Intern. She keeps getting footage of that barbarian woman who showed up in New York.

Finally, I totally called Bebop and Rocksteady as Two-Bad and Human Battle Cat, though the latter wound up in another line.

@chrisa It all ended too soon. TOG never reached its potential.

There would still be a lot of gas left in this tank....

Mashup characters are always fun, and an almost limitless way of creating new figures.

A Stinkor / Mutagen Man character...

A Goat Man / Ground Chuck character...

A Negator / Tempestra character...

A Whiplash / Leatherhead character...

An Evil Seed / Baxter Stockman character...

An Evil-Lyn / Karai character...

And the list could potentially go on and on.

There is a lot left to offer if / when this line is ever revisited due to an animated feature or new comic series.

@durendal Didn't they originally say it was a one year deal, but then it ended up being a year and a half?

Either way, I'd imagine both Nickelodeon and Mattel were profiting from the arrangement... with enough fan demand, I'm sure they could have come to some type of agreement.

Fingers crossed that this isn't the end. 

y'know what, If Nick and Mattel want to strengthen relations for more TOG figures, they may as well throw in other Nicktoon characters in (Ones before 2007 before it was just Spongebob 24/7) to the MOTU world and have a wacky crossover comic sequel mini-series 😆

- Aangos (?) (Again, not an Avatar fan, but Stratos is a bird, Aang is an Airbender, best I got.)

- Doodlebob Manfaker (mehoyminoh)

- Nigel Thornberry the Mekoneck (Yes really. Would be SMAAshing.)

- Jenny the Teenage Roboto (Teen Robot is one of the best Nicktoons that was done extremely dirty by them. Really recommend.)

- Garfield the Battle Cat (Yeah Nick owns Garfield and have since 2019 and have done nothing substantial with him other than video game appearances. That recent movie was made by Sony.)

- Invader Zimdak

- GIRde Trooper (A new Hot Topic fav)

- Korra-tra (?)(I know both have GFs by the end)

- Clawurlful Wheez (Are you going to finish that cwosawaant?) 

- Stu Pickles (Not a mashup. Just normal Stu. My boi deserves real respect for being forced to get up and make chocolate pudding at 4 0 clock in the morning only for it to be pointless. F*** You Angelica.)

Or do none of these and just make He-Man a guest fighter in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 3 if that ever gets made.

@durendal I genuinely believe that the Snake Men waves were an extension, so I'm guessing it was more popular than expected.

@chrisa If so, you'd think they'd extend the agreement or negotiate a new one, but I guess since Mattel is focusing on MOTU X TC now, they don't want to cannibalize their own sales by offering too many things at once.
