Nice move, as newbie collectors can start collecting in these brands at any time. Not to mention the unfortunate stragglers.
Considering they sent me Two Bad COVERED IN MOLD I'd hate to see anything they actually lost in the warehouse.
I'm expecting it to be more Wun-dar than Grizzlor or the SDCC sets.
If Mattel found a skid full of Mutated Mer-Mans and sells them during this it would explain a lot.

Okay this may have convinced me to subscribe to Club Grayskull as an Origins collector. Nothing they have has impressed me yet. That Hordak intrigues me but not too much, but if they're gonna restock some older Origins figures MIB so I don't have to keep resorting to eBay with slightly damaged or bent cardbacks.
Okay I'm just gonna say it. This may be a bit unrelated, but while we're on the subject of Mattel Creations digital subscription services that have exclusive items and perks, they have one for MOTU, Hot wheels, Barbie and Monster High, but there is one kid oriented IP the company owns that you'd all be surprised has a huge adult following and MASSIVE legacy that I really wish they would tap into by making one of these sub services for.
It's also one that has potential for one of those extremely wacky comic crossovers should it join forces with MOTU.

Yeah, nothing here I can't really live without. On the fence about Extendar, but I was hoping for the legendary ToG Mer-man. Oh well, still glad these are here. And now I'm a CG member. Now I need to get He-Ro.
I tried to get Two Bad and he was in my cart right up until that last minute, then ...SOLD OUT
Oh well. Not a complete loss today, got notification the Battle For Eternia set hit my Pile of Loot.
I'm grateful that I'm not the target of an unexpected offer, as this is not the ideal time for me to reinvest in the hobby in general. However, I'm sorry to read that only a minority were able to buy what they were tempted to. Just keep your sword aloft, folks!
So I got up early and looked for the email.. was logged in and even called Mattel’s customer service number and was told “It’s not happening today - check back tomorrow”
I even made the guy ask AGAIN - twice - to make sure - went about my day only to find out several hours later that they were released and sold out. Only needed Rokkon and Extendar but oh well I guess… I really don’t recommend the Club Greyskull membership- so far it seems absolutely pointless. To be perfectly honest, it feels like Mattel has all but destroyed any credibility in the brand.
Wonder how many people bought a membership in the past week just to buy these figures from this sale and couldn’t buy anything.
