Are these the Official TAGLINES for the New “MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE” Movie?

With the Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Studios new “Masters of the Universe” movie coming out in June of next year, we at HE-MANIA.COM have been doing our due diligence by keeping an eye on the many parties that have a hand in this film.

One of those parties is DNEG, an FX company that has delivered award-winning visual effects (eight Academy Awards for ‘Best VFX’ in total) for their creative technologies in films like Dune: Part Two and Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer (as well as television and immersive content.)

And now DNEG’s current project is Masters of the Universe!

And today we noticed an update to DNEG’s official site. While there is still little content listed other than the title and some creative credits, there is now two possible taglines that have been added to the page.

They are:

• THE LEGENDARY FANTASY RETURNS
• A NEW AGE OF ETERNIA AWAKENS

A movie tagline is a catchy slogan that can often appear in promotional materials like commercials and a film’s movie poster (like the 1979 film “Alien” with the tagline “In space no one can hear you scream.”

Of course the classic 1987 “Masters of the Universe” movie had a tagline too:

Some films even have multiple taglines, so assuming the VFX company did not come up with these quotes themselves, could “THE LEGENDARY FANTASY RETURNS” and “A NEW AGE OF ETERNIA AWAKENS” be official taglines for the upcoming “Masters of the Universe” 2026 movie starring Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes?

It very well may be. We will have to wait to find out.
