SCOOP: Motion Capture Suit Performer on “Masters of the Universe” Movie Set is confirmed as BEAST MAN

Back in May of this year, He-Man fans living in the London area were absolutely thrilled to find a portion of the “Masters of the Universe” Movie cast filming scenes in public for the new He-Man movie.

Among the appearance of actors Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam and Camila Mendes as Teela, there was another performer “seen” lumbering across London in a mo-cap suit.

A mo-cap suit (motion capture suit) is an outfit that captures body movements of a performer, capturing data that can be later replicated with computer generated characters to make them move more releastic, and appear more lifelike (like seen in the Avatar films.)

So while we knew this performer was representing a computer generated character, what we did not know for certain is what “Masters of the Universe” character was this actor actually representing. Was it a Shadow Beast? Was it Beast Man? Or was it something else entirely?

Well this morning a reliable source reached to HE-MANIA.COM and confirmed the following;

"I have been reading your great coverage and I can definitely confirm that the actor running around in mocap was Beastman. 100%."

So there you go.

While we have seen Beast Man run hunched over before like in the 1983 Filmation classic cartoon “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe“…

it will be wild to see this incarnation of Beast Man running on all fours like a ferocious, wild beast chasing Adam and Teela.

The “Masters of the Universe” Movie is currently in Post-Production with the film scheduled to be released in cinemas worldwide on June 5th, 2026.

We’ll see you next time!

    1. @durendal Other than Zodak on that mural I doubt we’ll see any cosmic enforcers. It could overcomplicate things. I think they’ll save them for a sequel and just do a simple hero’s journey for the first movie.

      I wouldn’t bet they’d be in it, but a simple credits scene Zodac appearance and bang, reused parts action figure.
